Ready, Set, Manifest Handbook™
There is absolutely nothing wrong with not knowing who you are or what you want. And, there’s nothing wrong with YOU. You’re simply in a phase- a phase that brings about the necessary conditions to reveal what’s most important at this time in your life. If you know how to use this phase to your advantage instead of trying to rush past it, you’ll be able to make the real changes you desire.
If not, you’re at risk of what I call a “lateral move.” A lateral move is a step you take without full consciousness, without taking the time to really figure out what you want. It’s a step you may take to avoid what you fear rather than reaching out for what you desire. It’s a step that repeats your past patterns.
Don’t risk a lateral move when it’s time for a leap.
The Ready, Set, Manifest!™ Handbook introduces a three-phase model for transition that helps readers navigate major decisions and turning points with confidence, skill, and ease. The concise format engages the reader with powerful concepts and hands-on materials to increase clarity and build new skills. The structured teachings and exercises are resources you will return to time and again to navigate major decisions and transitions. Equipped with the Ready, Set, Manifest! framework and tools, you will learn how to:
- Create focus no matter what phase you’re in
- Experience less stress about being stuck or falling behind
- Access (and follow!) your inner guidance
- Build confidence in your decisions and action steps
- Maintain momentum and a strong connection to your purpose.

Overview
Ready, Set, Manifest!™ is about remembering the rhythm of change. There is a natural way we move from loss to renewal, from inertia to endeavoring, and from uncertainty to knowing. This paradigm is about remembering the power that comes from partnering with the flow of this rhythm, rather than struggling against it.
There are important tasks to tend to in each phase that support you to partner with the rhythm inherent in the cycle of transition. In my coaching sessions and workshops I teach:
– Tasks and skills to navigate each phase
– Strategies for practicing Radical Self Compassion
– Ways to maintain momentum
– Concrete tools to bring about change
Ready…
“The first step shall be to lose the way.”
— Galway Kinnell
Getting ready begins before you might think. Getting ready is the phase before you know what you want, before you’re ready to show up for a new beginning.
When you’re in the “Ready” phase, you may feel stuck, lost, unsure, restless, or like you’re falling apart. This is a time that calls attention to what’s essential, what’s truly important, and what you’re meant to face. This phase often results from a loss, but it can also be born out of a feeling that something’s missing — an undefined yearning, feeling like you’re not quite yourself, or not quite aliveenough.
Rather than feeling like a victim to whatever precipitated this phase, recognize that you are a perfect being in the midst of loving preparation for what’s to come.
Set…
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud
was greater than the risk it took to bloom.”
— Anais Nin
“Set” is very much about mindset. After listening for what’s essential and facing the messages in the Ready phase, you will be called to a choice, a decision about what to do with what you now know. It is the beginning of articulating what you want, setting your mind and your heart on the horizon.
In “Set,” an exquisite tension begins building — the tension between where you are today and where you want to be.
Manifest!
“The flower doesn’t dream of the bee.
It blossoms… and the bee comes.”
— Mark Nepo
In this phase, it’s time to make it happen and receive. “Manifest” is beyond effort, beyond desiring and strategizing. It is about allowing.
— Alan Farr
