Who Benefits From My Coaching?

My approach fits best with people who are questioning their path, who feel stuck, and who are highly motivated to try something new. Many of my clients are searching for their calling and purpose in life. They seek support and guidance following major times of transition like becoming a parent, the death of a loved one, divorce, or after “launching” their young adult children.

My clients are curious about a new way of being. They want to trust themselves more, give themselves permission to dream, and live full, meaningful lives.

Sessions are offered in person at my Bellevue, WA office or via phone or Skype.

Consultation Sessions

Although not designed to create the momentum required for a major transition, stand-alone consultation sessions can initiate the change you desire while providing important guidance. Typically, consultations offer an exploration of your current challenge or question, tools to tap into your intuition and other strengths, and recommendations for next steps.

Here are the types of consultation sessions I offer, but don’t worry if you’re not sure which one is right for you. When you schedule, I’ll see if you have a preference. If not, I’ll recommend one of them during our meeting after I’ve had a few minutes to hear what you hope to get out of our time together.

    • Intuitive Inquiry Session
Bring a question you’re holding about some area in your life, and together we’ll do a reading where you are the wisdom bearer. I’ll teach you how to tap into six different sources of information related to your question…
